Furnished room
A clean, comfortable room that's yours — with a bed, dresser, and storage.
Computer & Printing Access
A computer and printer will be available to accommodate your logistical needs.
Utilities included
Electric, heat, water, and internet are all covered in your monthly fee.
Shared common areas
Living room, kitchen, laundry, and outdoor space — shared with housemates.
On-site staff support
Staff are available to help with day-to-day needs and connect you to community resources.
Safe, structured environment
Clear house rules and a respectful community create a stable, predictable home.
Who can apply
Our program is designed for adults who are ready to stabilize.
We serve adults 18 and older who are seeking stable housing and are committed to living respectfully in a shared community. We welcome people from all backgrounds.
- Adults 18 years of age or older
- Able to live independently with limited support
- Committed to following house rules and community standards
- Not currently in an acute mental health or substance use crisis requiring clinical care
- Able to contribute to monthly room and board fees (assistance may be available)
